Life is a tapestry woven with memories, experiences, and a touch of mischief. For me, a widow with a rich history and a closet full of memories, the journey has been nothing short of extraordinary.
My husband, a man of many talents and passions, left behind a legacy that’s as colorful as his life. A retired Air Force veteran, a photographer, a race car driver, a cross county cyclist, a skier, a DJ, a Biker, a business owner, A Deadhead, and a devoted husband, dad and grandfather. He was all these and more. Among the treasures he left behind are over 100 tee shirts and other paraphernalia, each piece a snapshot of a life well-lived.
So, what does one do with a collection like this? Of course distribute some within the family. But there’s so much to share so I thought where should these cherished items find new homes?
A Grandson’s Mischief Becomes a Grandmother’s Mission
Conveniently, the answer lay close to home. My grandson, aptly blessed with the middle name “Mischief,” had started a website but never finished it. It was as if fate had handed me a canvas, waiting to be painted with memories and style.
I decided to take up his project, transforming Mischief-Clothing.com into a unique online store. I changed things up a bit, infusing the site with the spirit of my husband’s adventurous life and my own flair for fashion, and life..
Mischief Clothing: A Store with a Story
At Mischief Clothing, you’ll find more than just apparel; you’ll discover pieces of history, tokens of love, and a celebration of life’s beautiful chaos. From vintage Deadhead tees to race car memorabilia, each item carries a story, a memory, and a touch of mischief.
But why stop there? I also opened a store on Facebook, embracing the power of social media to connect with fellow fashion enthusiasts, Deadhead fans, and anyone who appreciates the art of living boldly.
The journey of Mischief Clothing is a testament to the endless possibilities of the digital age. The goal is to share these cherished pieces with those who will value them as much as I do.
